Latest company news about Xcmgs Solutions Protect Historic Warship Zhongshan

If history is a vast ship carrying collective memory, then the Zhongshan Warship undoubtedly shines as one of its brightest stars. The challenge of restoring this battle-scarred vessel to its former glory in the modern era represents both an an engineering feat and a profound historical responsibility.

At the critical moment of the Zhongshan Warship Museum renovation within the Yangtze River Military Theme Cultural Zone, XCMG deployed an ingenious integrated solution to protect this century-old relic's heritage.

The Impossible Pour

The project's centerpiece involved a single continuous pour of 1,200 cubic meters of high-grade C50P8 concrete—an operation demanding such precision that engineers described it as "zero-tolerance" challenge. Recognizing this wasn't merely construction but historical preservation, XCMG assembled a specialized equipment team:

The "1+2+10+1" formation comprised one HB72V pump truck serving as the central distributor, two HB62V large-displacement pump trucks for precision placement, ten 12-cubic-meter new energy mixer trucks forming a mobile supply chain, and one XGT7026-12S1 tower crane for auxiliary lifting. This carefully calculated configuration demonstrated XCMG's deep understanding of complex engineering requirements.

Precision Engineering

XCMG's large-displacement pump trucks proved instrumental, showcasing five critical advantages: extensive coverage eliminating frequent repositioning; exceptional stability for precise high-altitude placement; remarkable efficiency accelerating timelines; reduced fuel consumption supporting sustainability; and robust power handling challenging conditions.

The new energy mixer trucks formed the project's circulatory system. Their waterproof construction, reliable power systems, advanced battery technology, and durable structure—collectively termed the "Four Excellences"—ensured uninterrupted concrete delivery while reducing environmental impact.

"This wasn't ordinary construction—we raced against time while protecting cultural relics and maintaining exacting concrete standards. XCMG's equipment works both independently and in perfect synchronization, exactly matching our high-efficiency, high-specification needs," explained Project Manager Li.
Integrated Solutions

The "1+2+10+1" formula transcended simple arithmetic, representing a meticulously optimized system where different equipment types functioned as a cohesive unit. This integrated approach not only enhanced efficiency and reduced costs but, more crucially, guaranteed construction quality for the warship's preservation.

As the project demonstrates, safeguarding historical artifacts requires both reverence for the past and cutting-edge engineering capabilities. The successful renovation stands as testament to how modern technology can serve cultural preservation when deployed with precision and care.
